What moves me...

Water and women are my deepest passions.

Creating a space where women can feel sacred, divine, and free to dance as themselves — in a world that doesn’t always allow that — is deeply important to me.

Tigris represents the goddess to me.
She symbolizes love and water.

When two Tigris come together — two women, two forces — they form a full heart.
We need community to rise.

Music, dance, and water are the formula for women to remember who they truly are.

When we sing, when we dance, when we honor our inner waters and rise into our role as protectors of the Earth’s waters — we come into harmony.
We become our true beauty.
We return to our power.

I’ve walked between worlds — balancing the waters of my own life across 100 cultures, dancing between fire and heart.

And I’ve learned this:
The fire must come from the Earth.
It must be rooted to rise.

Tigris is the fierce, radiant woman who is deeply rested.

She doesn’t need anything outside herself to thrive.

As a girl, I didn’t feel safe.
I didn’t feel safe with the feminine.
I felt I had to perform to be loved.

Even though I knew beauty lived inside me, I still felt like I wasn’t enough.

Now I know:
We are more than enough.
And I want every woman to know this in her bones.

When 1 million women dance each day with 8,000 drummers — a global movement is born.
A heartbeat strong enough to change the world.

In rhythm.
In radiance.
In celebration.
Together.

María Fernanda Yepes is an actress, storyteller, and daughter of Colombia.

Born in the land where mountains meet the sea, she carries the rhythm of the Caribbean in her soul.

She dances, she acts, she moves… using her body as a channel of connection, emotion, and truth.

“I dance because in movement my soul remembers its freedom, my body becomes a voice, and my spirit remembers who I am.

To all women of the world:

Awaken to the sacred rhythm within you.

Dance with your body, flow with your feminine energy,

embrace your sensuality,

and let joy and freedom rise from every movement."

Inside ´The House of Tigris´ Maria Fernanda will share with you one of her roots, a rhythm born of African drums, Indigenous flutes, and Spanish melodies: cumbia.

The House of Tigris 30-Day Dance Challenges isn’t just a dance challenge.

It’s a portal. A ritual. A way of life.

We speak dance.

It’s a daily return to the body, to the beat of your own heart, to the wild intelligence within you.

Here, dance becomes devotion.

Movement becomes memory.

And joy becomes your new baseline frequency.

This is not about performance.
This is about power: YOUR POWER.

Your sensuality, Your purpose, and Your pleasure.

We dance to ignite the highest frequency in the body, in the heart, in the spirit.

We shake, sweat, sing, and feel.

Because when a woman rises in her radiance, she raises the world.

This is your sacred return to joy. To nature. To truth.
To making your life a dance — fierce, free, and unforgettable.

Overcome your fear.
Remember your power.
And rise.
